I had a poke bowl it was ok but not amazing...if you live in the area I guess it's a place to get one ...I ended up not finishing it all I've had better ....that being said it could of been my choice of beef premium poke bowl....I usually get the tuna....it's a very small restaurant like most along this stretch of duke

Definitely recommended! The food was incredible. I had the beef japchae - the noodles had just the right amount of chewiness, the sauce was delicious, and the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even going so far as to put up a new umbrella when we decided to eat outdoors.

First time at Taste of Seoul decided to pop by for lunch on a whim as I’ve been hearing about this place for a long time! The shop is small but clean, with a bright and cozy atmosphere and several tables. I sat at a solo table facing the window (perfect for people watching). The decor and presentation are nice! As others have mentioned, the service was an exceptional surprise. I ordered a dynamite roll alongside a miso soup, which to my delight, was made on the house. The server (I wish I got her name) was so kind and sweet and made me feel at ease. I was provided with the food quickly, in a beautiful presentation (as pictured), and given a loyalty card for spending over 10$ which she explained to me about. As if the service wasn’t great enough, the food topped it off. Since this is a Korean shop, I didn’t really expect much from the sushi, but it was genuinely one of the best dynamite rolls Ive had. It was stuffed, covered in my choice of garlic mayo, and just so so good. The miso soup was delicious as well! I will definitely be coming back. This place made my day :) Update: came back and found out the have some halal chicken options? Tried their halal chicken japchae set which came with springy flavourful sweet potato noodles, a salad, and rice. So so good! Service was friendly again :)

I wish I could rate this place higher. This is such a hidden gem in Kitchener. Some of the best Korean food we’ve had at this type of establishment. The flavours and freshness of the ingredients were out of this world! What really stood out though was the amazing people that work here. The sincere kindness was so noteworthy. We had planned to take our food to go but we decided to stay to eat the food fresh and they were so welcoming and friendly. Will be going back to this place any time we’re in the area.

This restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience, having delectable cuisine, an inviting and cozy ambiance, as well as warm and professional staff. The service is swift and efficient, while the menu has an impressive variety of dishes for any occasion. Would definitely recommend.

Taste of Seoul is hands down my favorite spot for sushi! The rolls are always rich, fatty, fresh, and high quality... you can really taste the difference. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I visit. I love their loyalty card program, and I always make sure to stock up on their triangle kimbap. I usually leave with 5 or 6 of them! Everything here tastes amazing and keeps me coming back. Definitely the best sushi in town!
